In France, SPIE contributes to the emergence of a low-carbon society by creating and providing tangible solutions to companies, industries, and regions to accelerate their energy, digital and industrial transitions.

"Joining SPIE means becoming part of a meaningful company that enables everyone to participate in the virtuous transformation of our society", says Arnaud Tirmarche, Managing Director of SPIE France. "We are looking for people who want to reinvent themselves, to pass on knowledge and to take action: our community of enthusiasts is what makes our professions so rich!"

Transfer of knowledge and career development are at stake

SPIE invests heavily in training to ensure that its talents progress throughout their career. When they join SPIE, each talent benefits from individualised support to help them express, analyse and implement their career development wishes. Technical and management training courses are periodically offered.

Once again this year, SPIE is committed to helping young people by recruiting 700 work-study students. In February 2023, nearly 1,200 work-study students or apprentices were working at SPIE France - and as many tutors were committed to help them. This dynamic is being achieved through strengthened relations with schools and colleges, and several innovative initiatives, including a recruitment campaign launched on TikTok in March.

"Our employer promise is based on three pillars: passion, boldness and diversity. It is illustrated by the strong commitment of our employees and an average length of service of more than 10 years within the Group", adds Sandra Hen Poulain, Director of Human Resources at SPIE France. "We pay a lot of attention to the retention of our employees, in particular through our policy of mobility, transfer of knowledge and training, which is part of our culture. Our aim is to enable everyone to develop and become ambassadors for their professions."

As a socially responsible company, SPIE is committed to equal opportunities in terms of employment, gender mix teams, diversity of origin, integration of people with disabilities and balance between generations.
